The third descendant of father "Seckler" (architect) wich has his family tree in the origin area of Frankenstein, as well as mother "Stutzig" (housewife) her past county is in the area of the "Rübezahl". The qualified metal locksmith and industrial master metal devoted themselves since end him of 70th as a script writer, composer and Rock' n Roll musican in the area of Punkrock, New Wave and Trashrock culture. He founded the music groups with the names S'Gesindl, Skandal, Gutsherren, 1-2-3-4 and Generation N. Since the 80th he produced studio admissions, live shows and various designs. He carried out middle of the 90th to do Cybersapace Shows in Europe and developed beside technical innovations a row of productions like CD's and 2 D/3 D computer graphic arts. He met the "Ramones" from 1981 regularly in their visits in Germany. Shortly before DeeDees Ramone (Rock n Roll Hall Of Famer) death he planned with him the realization of an exhibit in Augsburg. From it the successful festival " Augsburg and The Ramones (Rampe3) " developed in March, 2003 as well as two exhibits in 2004 in Augsburg and Munich and the last in Paris in 2005, with the common artist's group "Art XS" (Lothar Felkel/DeeDee Ramone/Joe Raimond/Paul Kostabi). He is a member of the Artistes de Belleville since 2005 June.

Dritter Nachkomme von Vater „Seckler“ (Zimmermann/Architekt) dessen Stammbaum in die Herkunftsgegend von Frankenstein ragt, sowie Mutter „Stutzig“ (Hausfrau) dessen vergangene Grafschaft im Gebiete des Rübezahles lag.
Der ausgebildete Blechschlosser und Industriemeister Metall widmete sich seit Ende der 70er als Texter, Komponist und Musiker dem Rock ´n Roll der Punk-, New Wave- und Trashrock Kultur. Er gründete die Musikgruppen mit den Namen S´Gesindl, Skandal, Gutsherren, 1-2-3-4 und Generation N. Seit den 80ern produzierte er Studioaufnahmen, Liveshows und diverse Designs. Mitte der 90er führte er in Europa Cyberspace Shows durch und entwickelte neben Technische Innovationen eine Reihe von Produktionen wie CD´s und 2D/3D Computergrafiken. Mit  den „Ramones“ traf er sich ab 1981 regelmäßig bei deren Besuche in Deutschland. Kurz vor DeeDees Tod plante er mit Ihm die Realisierung einer Ausstellung in Augsburg. Daraus entwickelte sich das erfolgreiche Festival „Augsburg und The Ramones (Rampe3)“ im März 2003 sowie zwei Ausstellungen 2004 in Augsburg und München und die letze in Paris 2005, mit der gemeinschaftlichen Künstlergruppe Art XS (Lothar Felkel/DeeDee Ramone/Joe Raimond /Paul Kostabi). Er ist Mitglied bei den Artistes de Belleville (Paris) seit Juni 2005.
